Terms of use

Version 2 · Privacy policy

These terms are between you and Internhack Company (commercial registration 7052862518), Jeddah, which runs Internhack Tasks (tasks.internhack.sa), the sites published from it (addresses ending in -pages.internhack.sa), and sign-in at auth.internhack.sa. By signing in, you agree to them and to the Privacy policy.

Your account

Give your real name and an email address you use. Keep your sign-in to yourself: what is done with your account is your responsibility. One account is for one person.

What you send

You are responsible for what you send: forms, files, tasks, comments and pages. It must be yours to share. Share information about someone else, such as a child in a programme, only with their permission or their guardian's. What you send stays yours; you let us store it and show it to the people it is meant for, so the service can work.

Sites and programmes

Each published site is run by the organisers of its programme. They decide who takes part, what happens to an application, and who can see what is sent to them. Questions about a decision go to them.

Fair use

  • Nothing unlawful, hateful, misleading or harmful to children.
  • No pretending to be someone else.
  • No malware, and no trying to get into accounts, data or parts of the service that are not yours.
  • No automated sign-ups, sends or copying, and nothing that overloads the service.

The service

We work to keep the service running and your data safe, but it is provided as it is, and it may change, pause or end. We may remove content, or suspend or close an account, that breaks these terms or the law.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for decisions a programme's organisers make. Nothing here limits a right the law does not let us limit.

Ending

You can stop using the service at any time, and ask us to close your account, as the Privacy policy says.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will ask you to agree again the next time you sign in. The version is at the top.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes go to the courts of Jeddah. Questions: info@internhack.sa.
