Privacy policy
This policy covers Internhack's website (internhack.sa) and its contact form, Internhack Tasks (tasks.internhack.sa), every site published from it (addresses ending in -pages.internhack.sa), and signing in at auth.internhack.sa.
Who we are
They are run by Internhack Company (commercial registration 7052862518), Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. For anything about your data, write to info@internhack.sa.
What we collect
- Your account: your name, email address and, if you add one, a photo. If you sign in with Google, Google tells us your name and email address.
- What you send: the answers you give in a form, the files you attach, and the tasks, comments and pages you write. A form may ask about other people, such as a child in a programme. Give that only if you are allowed to share it.
- What you write to us through the contact form: your name, email address and message.
- How you use it: when you open a task or a protected page, when you last visited, and the history of changes to tasks.
- Your IP address, when you send a form on a site or the contact form, to stop spam. It is deleted within about two days.
- If you use Cohack, the assistant inside the app: your questions and its answers.
Why we use it
To run the service you are using: to sign you in, to show you what you are allowed to see, to pass your form to the people who run the programme, to answer what you write to us, to send you emails about your account and tasks, and to keep the service safe from abuse. We do not sell your data, show you ads, or use tracking or advertising cookies.
Who sees it
- The people who run the folder you sent a form to, or were added to. They see what you sent, and your name and email address.
- The companies that host the service for us, only to run it: Cloudflare, which serves this website, the app, the sites and sign-in worldwide, keeps sign-in accounts in Europe, and checks that the contact form is sent by a person (Turnstile); Convex, which stores the data and files, in the United States; Amazon Web Services, which sends email from Frankfurt, Germany, and writes Cohack's answers with Amazon Bedrock in the United States, where neither Amazon nor the model's maker uses them to train models; Google, which keeps our mailbox, where what you write to us arrives; and, if you turn on notifications, the push service of your browser or phone (Apple, Google or Mozilla).
Some of these are outside Saudi Arabia. We use them under their data protection terms, and send them only what the service needs.
How long we keep it
Your account is kept while you use the service. Tasks, forms and pages are kept until they are deleted, by the people who run the folder or at your request. What you write to us is kept in our mailbox until we delete it. Your IP address is kept about two days. Your agreement to this policy is kept as a record, even after your account is closed.
Cookies
We use only the cookies sign-in needs: one that keeps you signed in to Internhack, one that keeps you signed in on a site, and short-lived ones during sign-in. None of them tracks you across other websites.
Your rights
Under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law you may ask us what data we hold about you and for a copy of it, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and withdraw your agreement to this policy (which closes your account). Write to info@internhack.sa. We answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will ask you to agree again the next time you sign in. The version is at the top.
